How do I place an order?
Yay! Congratulations on your upcoming wedding and I would be delighted to help you make it the best! To start the ball rolling all you have to do is send me a email or fill out our contact form with the quantity of invitations you would need, any added extras and when you would like your invitations by. Also let me know if there is an invitation design that you love the most so we can send you an initial quote. Then we can go from there! For feel, I would recommend contacting me about a sample invite.
How does ready made work?
Once you are happy with your initial price quote you can send me on your details. eg. full names, venue, times, dates etc… basically all the information for the day! I will then send you a digital proof of your final invitation design. I do request 15% of your final payment before I get designing your invitations. This includes up to 3 design proofs until you are 100% happy. A further 35% deposit is required before we go ahead with print. How do I pay for my order?
You can make direct payment to our bank account, which we will provide you all the details for.
Can I order a sample?
Yes, of course! Browse our shop where you can directly purchase any of our current designs. A sample really will give you the best feel.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY PROOF?
Yes! That’s what proofs are for! We want your invites to be perfect so simply send us an email with bullet pointed amendments and we will return updated proofs within 3 working days.
What is the turnaround?
Please allow up to 12 working days between signing off your final proof and your invitations being ready for dispatch or collection. If you need your invites sooner? send me a message and I’ll see if I can make that happen.
WHAT SHOULD I CHECK ON MY PROOFS?
- Check that all times, dates, locations and rsvp details are correct.
- Double check all spelling and punctuation.
- That you are happy with the colours and design.
CAN I SEE A PRINTED PROOF OF MY INVITATION?
Unfortunately we can only offer personalised printed proofs for clients who have either chosen custom design or clients after their 15% deposit on a ready made invitation suite. A charge may be applied to suit the particular invite sample in question.
CAN I CHANGE THE FONTS AND COLOURS OF A DESIGN FROM THE ORIGINAL?
We pick what we feel works best for each design but if you have a certain colour or font change you would like then yes we can alter and swap designs for you at no extra cost.
WHAT ARE YOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES?
Unfortunately we don’t accept returns or offer refunds on personalised goods. Once you sign off on your final proof you accept responsibility for the information, layout, spellings, colours and size as shown in your proof. If mistakes are discovered after print approval then I’m afraid we will be required to charge for a full reprint.
